Dave is the MD of Norscott Vending, is married to Jackie and lives in Inverness with their two children Kristian and Callum.

Dave made his Legends debut in the 2004 Scottish Championship taking 3rd place (4 wins, 9 fastest laps). He contested a single meeting in National championship (1 win, 2 fastest laps) and won the National Winter Weekend 1st place trophy with 2 wins, and 3 fastest laps).

Dave has a welath of motor racing experience. He raced grasstrack motorcycles from age 7 graduating to Speedway at age 16 riding for Barrow-in-Furness. He then moved home to Inverness from Preston in 1992. Started karting in Scotland in winning his local club championship twice. He was twice runner up in Scottish Championship and also finished in third place once. Dave also represented Scotland in the Karting Internations Cup.
