An ex Super-1 karting front-runner, Oli made his Legends
debut in 2001 in the most spectacular way possible, setting
fastest lap in the first race on the Mallory Mile, then
rolling end-over-end at 100mph in the second!
Having shared a car with Pete Smith in 2001, Oli took
over the car full-time in 2002, showing a great deal of
raw speed and bravery. Consistent results started to come
towards the end of the season, resulting in a 5th position
in the Championship.
Oli was back in the ex-Jim Drummond Ford '34 Coupe in
2003, still running well. In 2004 he won the UK National
Championship with 11 race wins and 16 fastest laps. He
also won the season long World Points Championship.
